Machines are generally transported by road as they are classed as hazardous goods . We use a courier service to deliver your purchase. So depending on your location within India, it generally takes between 5 to 7 working days, and sometime it can take up to 10 working days.

We assure you that all products sold on the 3I Tech Engineers website are brand new and 100% genuine. In case a product received by you is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’, or ‘Not as described’, our Returns & Cancellations policies have got you covered.

In order to return merchandise, you must obtain a request number from our customer service department at [email protected]

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on any of our items unless they were received as ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as described’. In such circumstances, we require the following information to process your return:

1. Order Number
2. Full Name
3. Address
4. Phone Number
5. E-Mail Address
6. Packaging Slip
7. Order Confirmation Receipt
8. Your reason for return(along with photo/video showing damage/defect)

Please note that if the above information is not included, we won’t be able to process your return. In case an item is undelivered, unclaimed or returned due to customer issues; shipping charges will not be refunded.

All returns must be shipped back using a trackable courier.
Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange on damaged or defective products. 

You can cancel your order if the product has not been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
A delivered order can be only canceled in case of Defects/Damage/Non-Functionality. In order to cancel your order you can email us at [email protected]

REFUNDS:

All refunds (requested by customer/auto cancellations) will be credited back to the payment source. Once the order has been processed we are unfortunately unable to process any returns.
