Jam and jelly are delicious products made from fruit pulp, sugar, and acid, offering delightful flavors and textures. Jam typically contains around 0.5-0.6% acidity and 68% total solids, while jelly has not less than 65% total soluble solids and an acidity range of 0.5-0.7%. Various fruits like apple, mango, strawberry, raspberry, and many others can be used individually or combined to create multifruit jams and jellies.

The manufacturing process involves several key steps:

1. Fruit Inspection and Washing: The fruits are carefully inspected and washed to ensure high quality and cleanliness.
2. Fruit Cutting and Pulping: The fruits are cut and pulped to extract the fruit pulp, which is then stored for further processing.
3. Sugar and Additive Mixing: The extracted fruit pulp is mixed with sugar and other additives in a preparation tank to achieve the desired flavor and consistency.
4. Cooking in Kettle: The mixture is cooked in a kettle to enhance flavors and achieve the desired thickness.
5. Hot Filling and Cooling: The hot jam or jelly is filled into containers and then cooled to room temperature.
6. Labeling and Packing: The cooled products are labeled and packed into jars or containers for distribution and sale.
