Sugar Syrup Preparation
We prepare sugar syrup of 65-70 Brix by dissolving sugar in heated water. The syrup undergoes purification through a filtration process before being cooled and transferred to the Ready Sugar Syrup storage tank for further routing to blending tanks as needed.
Pulp Handling
Pulp is unloaded using Bag in Barrel, Cans, or Pulp processing units, providing flexibility in integrating pulp into the ready-to-serve processing unit.
Beverage Blending
In this crucial stage, sugar syrup, pulp, R.O water, and additives are blended in precise proportions with continuous stirring to ensure complete homogenization. The homogenized mix is stored in designated tanks for further processing.
Sterilization
To eliminate external biological agents, pasteurization/sterilization is carried out using plate/tubular/spiral flow/scrapped surface type heat exchangers, heating the product to 90°C before moving to the filling section.
Filling and Packaging
Products are filled into various packaging options such as pet bottles, brick packs, or HDPE bottles, with the outlet temperature adjusted based on the filling type for optimal quality.
Carbonated Soft Drink Blending
Concentrate blending involves RO water, sugar syrup, flavors, and additives, with the blended product passed through axiomatic connected to the PET bottle filling machine for efficient packaging.
Clean-In-Place System (CIP)
An essential component, the CIP system ensures automatic/semi-automatic/manual cleaning of equipment post-production. It includes tanks for acid, caustic, hot water, transfer pumps, PHE/THE, and interconnecting pipes, tailored to meet process requirements and production schedules.
