Cream separation

Cream separation works by using a centrifugal cream separator, which spins milk at high speeds to separate the cream from the skim milk. As the milk spins, the heavier skim milk moves outward while the lighter cream (fat) moves inward due to the difference in density. The machine channels the skim milk and cream into separate outlets. The cream can be collected for making products like butter, while the skim milk can be used separately. This process allows efficient extraction of cream for various dairy products and helps in producing lower-fat milk options.
