A milk processing plant transforms raw milk into various dairy products while ensuring safety and quality. It starts with receiving and testing raw milk for contaminants. The milk is then pasteurized to kill harmful bacteria, followed by separation into cream and skim milk using a centrifugal separator. Next, the milk is homogenized for uniform consistency. Depending on the product, further processing creates cheese or yogurt. Packaged using automated machines, the products are stored under refrigeration until distribution. Throughout the process, rigorous quality control measures are implemented to maintain product safety and compliance with health regulations.
