Fruit Pulp Processing Solutions

At 3i Tech, we prioritize the meticulous processing of fruit pulp to ensure the highest quality and hygiene standards. Our step-by-step approach encompasses cleaning, inspection, sorting, extraction of pulp, and sterilization, tailored to each fruit type for optimal results. Below, we outline the detailed process:

Cleaning, Sorting & Inspection
We begin by thoroughly washing the fruits with hot or normal water to prevent any impurities from entering the process. Sorting and inspection procedures are meticulously carried out to maintain the pulp’s quality throughout.

Pulping Process
The fruits undergo peeling, and cutting, and are then transferred to the pulping section using a slat or bucket elevator. Through coarse and fine pulpers or twin jet extractors, we extract high-quality pulp by separating juices and seeds. The fine pulp is carefully collected and moved to the processing phase.

Processing Phase
The fine pulp undergoes pasteurization using advanced techniques such as Tubular/Spiral flow/Scrapped surface or Heat Exchange Homogenizer. This processed pulp is de-aerated with an aroma recovery system to preserve its freshness. The hot pulp is then directed to the filling section.

Packaging & Sterilization
In the packaging section, the pulp is efficiently filled into cans using a Rotary pump filler. This section also includes vital equipment like can seamers, body reformers, can lid bidders, hand flagging, and date embossing machines. The filled cans undergo retorting for sterilization, ensuring a safe and long shelf life for the product.
